Þátttökuverk fyrir börn og fullorðna
Klukk!

An interactive performance theater for children and adults
Tag! You’re It!
Þú átt leik (e. It’s Your Turn to Play) is a relaxed, participatory work that places children’s play center stage and raises questions about the nature of the performing arts.
Who gets to play on stage, who creates the rules and who watches? "I call it, and you´re 'It'...” and then lets switch!
Wouldn't it be nice to hide in the dark and let your imagination run wild? "Say 'hoooo'!" Does someone find you in this game, or do you find yourself?
The workshop delves into the culture of children’s play across generations. Children games are interwoven with adults' memories of the games they played as kids. Some games are found across continents, while others shed light on the specific societies from which they emerged. What do today’s games tell us about our society? What are the rules, and could they be changed?
One, two, and you’re it!
